Erica Rotstein is a Tony Award winning theatre producer, talent manager, and educator. Her work is driven by a passion for music, and a desire to nurture creative collaborations built on transparency and mutual respect. Select producing projects include: Romeo + Juliet, Water for Elephants (Tony nom); Suffs (Tony nom); Alex Edelman’s Just For Us; Parade (Tony Award); Lightning Rod Special’s The Appointment; Hundred Days (Lortel & Drama League noms for Outstanding Musical); We Aren’t Kids Anymore, a song cycle by Drew Gasparini. Additionally, as an activist Erica has produced Get Out the Vote campaigns including “Carrying the Message” for Broadway Votes (2024) and I Love that Senator for You (2020), as well as theatrical fundraising events in support of Ukraine, Hurricane Maria relief, gun reform, and reproductive rights. Management clients include The Bengsons, Drew Gasparini, Diana Oh, Nicole Johnson, and Sherri Eden Barber. Erica is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University, NYU Steinhardt, NYU Tisch, and Berklee NYC, and holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
